General terms and conditions for De Valkenier Amusement Park season passes
Validity and duration of the pass:
Season passes are strictly personal and may not be used by other people. A pass is taken out for a season and is valid for that whole season. The season pass is only valid during the park’s normal opening hours, which can be found here
Children under the age of 12
For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 will not be admitted to the park without adult supervision.
How do I use my season pass?
Bring your season pass with you each time you visit the park. You must personally present your season pass to the ticket inspector standing at the checkpoint near the entrance. He or she will scan your pass to check that it is valid. They will also check the photo on the pass to make sure you are the actual pass holder. Even though your details are registered as a pass holder, you will be refused admission if you are unable to present your season pass.
Make sure the photo on your pass is a good likeness
If you order your pass via the website, you must provide a recent clear photo (without hat, cap or sunglasses) that shows a good likeness. If you cannot easily be recognised from the photo affixed to your pass during a visual check, De Valkenier Amusement Park has the authority to refuse your pass application. If the ticket inspector at the entrance to De Valkenier Amusement Park is of the opinion that the pass holder cannot easily be recognised from the photo on the pass, the inspector has the authority to refuse admission. You will then be directed to an employee at the ticket desk.
What should I do if my pass becomes lost, stolen or damaged?
If your pass is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately on 043-6012289 from the Netherlands or on 0031 (0) 43-6012289 from abroad. To prevent your pass from being misused by a third party, it will immediately be blocked. If your pass is lost, stolen or damaged, please call the above telephone number to request a replacement pass. You will be charged a €7.00 administration fee for each replacement pass. Improper use of the pass
In the event of improper use of the pass, the pass will be confiscated or blocked by De Valkenier Amusement Park. No refund will be given if the pass is confiscated or blocked.
Keep your season pass safe as it can be renewed for several periods.
All persons entering the park are subject to our park regulations. The park regulations are on display at the entrance and can be read here
De Valkenier Amusement Park will use the data you submit in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act.
